当CWSは、世界の中でも最貧国の一つとも言われるブルンジにおいてスペシャルティコーヒー業界を牽引し、コーヒーの品質と生産者の収入を向上させることを目指す先進的な輸出業者 “Greenco” が母体となっています。
彼らは、より高い品質のコーヒーは生産者たちの現在と未来の生活を上向きにしていけると信じて疑いません。
彼らの着実な努力は生産者たちの意識を高め、今では彼らが管理するウォッシングステーションは軒並みCup of Excellenceへの入賞を果たしています。
ネンバ・ウォッシングステーションも2013年から毎年入賞しており、2015年には１位に輝きました。

This Coffee Washing Station (CWS) is at Kayanza region where is really famous on the specialty coffee production of Burundi.
They’re blessed with abundant water resources that’s considered as a water source of the Nile, and also rich fertile soil attributes its fruitiness, subtle sweetness and clean cup.

Nemba CWS has been managed by a front-running exporter of Burundi “Greenco” that’s aiming to improve coffee qualities and coffee producers’ income in one of the poorest countries of the world.
They’re positive that higher quality crops are able to keep their current and future lives moving upward.
The steady actions of Greenco has raised the awareness of the coffee producers, now all of the washing station they manage win COE competition.
Nemba CWS has been winning COE every year since 2013, and it was awarded the 1st place in 2015.
